Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My cousin was shot by police. Hes in the hospital in critical condition. His mom and sister were able to visit for 45 mins a day and now they revoked visits. I know hes placed under arrest but is there anything they can do to get visits back. We just want to know hes ok. We are low income family. How do we find a pro bono attorney

He will be entitled to a public defender once he is arraigned. The police have the right to not allow visitation until he is booked, but the hospital can tell the family how he is doing physically.
