Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In a Criminal Case can they bring up your past criminal record from more than 20 years ago , or are they olny allowed to go back 10 years for a driving offence if you havent been in any trouble for more than 20 years Can the State Attroney use this against you at a Jury Trial

They can go back as far as they want. The state could use it against you if you testify, and it is a crime of dishonesty, or any felony conviction.
