Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

criminal law juvenial

my 16 yr old son was sentenced to 44 months for an armed burg in one county but given youthfull offender status judge recomended boot camp. in another county he is in the prossess of facing the same charge plus two dealing in stolen prop and burg of an unoccupied dwelling. these are currently in juvie court. they went to adult court and were sent back to juvie..must all these charges go back to adult or do they stay in juvie. my son was 15 when arrested. also can these charges be run congruent to the 44 months he is doing now. he wants to plead nocontest to end all of this as long as he is facing no more time

Once you are sentenced as an adult you are always an adult for sentencing. Those juvenile cases should be sent to adult court. If he can work out a good deal, then a plea may be a good idea.Sounds like he needs a lawyer. Call me if interesed.
