Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Long story short my husband was arrested because my lying vindictive brother said he hit me, my husband never did and everyone has my statements but the judge issued a no contact order and I want an emergency hearing to drop it, I've put out several calls to my husband public defender and talked to the judge of the case assistant but I've got no where is there a way I can file for it myslef or any other advice would be appreciated to

Sounds like you've done all you can. You have no right to file on your own. Only his public defender can do that.

No you cannot do it yourself. Call the state attorney.
