Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
curious
ok im not really understanding this entrapment law so is it ok if you ask if they work for any type of law enforcement agency for them to say no and like if you said well since you know whos drugs it is do you want him to do it he says no i like it better this way.after the person says he really dont want to mess with it.
