my daughter (16 years) had oral, anal and all over the places sex (except vagina) with a 34 years old man, in hotel room. Since she is a virgin, she pretends to do nothing wrong, thus she did not have sex! I got the hotel room and the date only.

What's your question? It is a crime due to the age difference, but has your daughter admitted or this man admitted. Without that, there may be little the state can do to prove the case.
