Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my Daughter just got 10 yrs on probation for having contact with a 15 yr old kid they told her she had to wear and ankle bracelet while she is on probation is this true? they also told her she had to pay $8.00 a month to wear it.

If wearing an ankle bracelet was a term of probation, then she has to wear it and it is her responsibility to pay for it. The alternative to the terms of probation is jail. So, if she refuses, she can choose to go to jail instead.
