Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
please describe assult between two minors and selfdeence?
14 yr.old boy at middle school was attacted by another 14 yr. old and the school will not reconize it as selfdefence and has suspended the both of them and how can i get that change from a suspention and have it stricken from his record. the boy has never been in a fight at school before.

You will need to go through schoolboard. If they will not reconsider, you will need to hire a civil attorney to seek the remedies you are looking for.
