HELP or Direction
My X took my inheratance, filed bankruptcy, than divorce without notifing me of any thing. Divorce judge states I have to go after him criminally not sure where to begin. HELP!!! My kids and I need our money back since he took everything else.

You have two avenues available to you. You can sue him in civil court to recover money damages. You can also at the same time report this to the local police department or State Attorneys office. They can then prosecute him.
