Dish Network forge our signature to make us stay for a contract of two years, my mother i0n law (80years old) opened the door so they can do the installation, (we were working) and the technician when he was done forge my wife's signature wish implicated 2 year contract. I asked the representative to send me the signed document and I have it on my possession... what can I do?

This is a civil matter but you could sue them and subpoena the document in question. You need a civil (not criminal) attorney to pursue this.
