Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
domestic violence
my boyfriend his prison and we have kids together and im his victim of domestic violence,but i recall to drop that case, and we cant even call our kids and we cant
go and see him? i need to do something about this? any help me on how do get calls in or going to see him? please someone help us?

You need to ask the prison officials why they are preventing him from seeing you and the kids. They are required to tell you. It may be that he is subject to prison discipline for some reason, and his visitation privileges are suspended.
