driving with out a valid drivers licence

I was driving with out a valid Drivers licence in frorida and i am a Virginia resident, what is the worst case scenario if i plea guilty or am found guilty

Your worst case scenario is 60 days in jail and/or 60 days probation as it is a 2nd degree misdemeanor in the state of florida (if charged as a "Driving with No Valid DL." If it is charged as a "Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (DWLSR)," it could be a first degree misdemeanor or a felony depending on your prior driving history. In addition to the penalties set forth above, you will also be looking at a Fine and Court Costs. If you need any help with this matter, please feel free to contact my office.
