Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Drug case
I was arrested March 9th, yet no court date is being set. I am job hunting and dont want this to show up. Is there a statute of limitations, or can I get this dismissed?

It will probably show up. There is a statute. And its possible for it to get dismissed, but you have barely given any information so this question cannot be answered very accuratly. I would need more details.

No that arrest will be on your record even if the case is dropped. You will need to seal or expunge it. Call me if I can help.
