Drug Charges

my niece was arrested for drug para and possession at the begining of the year a misdemeanor she was released on bail and has not gone to court yet she was arrested again the other day and charged with felony possession and advertisment. She is again out on bail. How can you get out of jail when you are already out on bail ? and do you know if the Judge can make you do into drug rehab. She needs to go before she ends up killing herself and will not unless she is made to

if she decides to plead guilty drug rehab is part of most drug plea deals
