Re: drug traffic

Trafficking is basically an issue of weight. Trafficking can be possession, selling, delivering, transporting, concealing, conspiring, etc. a certain amount of a particular drug. The weight requirement for the levels of trafficking vary. Cocaine is 28 grams whereas heroin is 4 grams.

The worst part is that for all trafficking cases there are minimum mandatory prison sentences and fines. These go up depending on the weight.
