Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
DWLS Violated Probation
My brother is on probation and was arrested for DWLS 1st Offense. He was bonded out after seeing the judge. His PO knows about the arrest and has informed us that this is a Violation of Probation and a warrant will be out. What outcomes can we expect?

It will depend what he is on probation. Worst case scenario is the judge revokes his probation and sentences him to the maximum jail time for the charge minus credit for time served.
