Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

how do i, execute a legal deposition that will be admissable in court? i am not an attorney, obviously and this pertains to a criminal suit in the state of florida.

Are you pro se (representing yourself)? If not, leave that to either the state attorney or your defense lawyer. If you are representing yourself, you will need to coordinate with the witness (and subpoena them if needed), get a court reporter, coordinate with the state attorney and have a place to do it. Every county is slightly different (for instance here in Pinellas, most depositions are done in the courthouse building) so you should call up your local county before setting anything up.
