Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my ex-husband was arrested on dec, 19 2010 for domestic violence against me while i was pragnent and now there is a no contact order in place but he is still calling my cell phone to talk to the kids. Is that a violation or not?

That is very much a violation. You can call the police and report this and he will go to jail.
