Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i just expunge and seal my record..but unfortunately the judge only expunged one of my charges. i was arrest for a felony but they dropped it down to misdemeanor, which made two different charges, the judge only seal one of my charges not knowing about the felony. Is it to late to get my felony charge seal too?

Hopefully you had an attorney to do this so you should ask them. There is a reason not to try to practice law without an attorney and if you didn't have one then you should get one now before it's too late. Good luck.
