Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
expunging a record
I have an arrest from 1982 where I was arrested for aggravated battery, but the charge was no billed. I am in my third term of nursing school and cannot proceed until I get this taken from my record. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be very grateful. Thank you
