expungment

i was aresten on a demostic batery but no charges were filed but on my record the batery showes up how do i clear this up it has cost me jobs and promotions

You can file to expunge your record. You will need to file the petition to expunge together with a set of fingerprints. You can find the form online. You may wish to retain an attorney to represent you in this matter in order to expedite the hearing and to ensure that it is done correctly.
