Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I said on facebook that anyone who wanted nudes or to have sex with someone to go talk to a specific girl but that they would just be a rebound for her ex boyfriend. Now it seems she told my school, and im concerned i might be suspended. Can they even do that? It wasnt sent directly to either one of the people in the status, and neither one of the people mentioned could see it. Seeing as i am not friends with them on facebook. Can the school reprimand me for this? ISnt that a violation of my 1st ammendment rights? Please let me know tonight.

Since this was asked a few days ago, you probably know the answer. Yes, they can reprimand you. When it comes to individuals in school, you lose some of your First Amendment rights. That said, you may want to talk to a lawyer in your area to discuss details of your case so that they can evaluate.
