Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
felony community registration requirement
As a drug felon living in Orange County Florida can I be made to register with the Seminole County Sheriff by my parole officer. The Sheriff has asked her to require me to register as a felon with his office. However, I can find no statute authorizing the Sheriif's request.

yes you must. statute 775.13
