Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

felony expungment

I have a felony Dealing in stolen items, I am in college and wish to know if it can be cleared. I pled guilty as my attorney advised. It has been 7 years and I wish to get past this and have a career. I am 48 and working on a good life, why can't a felony be expunged or sealed??

There are many issues that need to be determimed whether you qualify. Give me a call and I can figure that out- no charge. There is only a fee if I file for you.

Depending on the particular circumstances, you may be able to seal the file. You have to have been given a withhold of adjudication, rather than a conviction.
