Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

felonys

I want to know if you legally hire a lawyer to expunge your criminal record. I understand excluding homicde and/or sex offenders, its nothing like that. Basic felony charges. Please contact me, and let me know. Im in central florida.

Most criminal records cannot be expunged. You can only expunge or seal a record if you were never convicted of the charges (for example - a withhold of adjudication was ordered by the court). You should talk with an attorney to see if you qualify.
