my fiancé was arrested dec 26 2011 and given probation. was arrested 2 more times while on probation, serving a total of 41 days, then he was put on community control. after 4 months on cc he was arrested again serving105 days before being sentenced to 9 months county time with credit for time served. he was only given credit for the 105 days, how can he get credit for the other 41 days?

He is not entitled for time on probation, or community control. Only jail time credit counts.
