Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

How can you find out whats in your discovery, what evidence the DA has against you if you cant get your public Defender to get you the information for 11 months ive been trying to find out olny spoke to the Public defender 2 times in 11 months and im still in county lock up and she doesn't tell me anything and wont speak to anyone I gave her permission to talk to she wont answer phone calls or emails and when in court I don't get to talk to her because she leaves and wont answer me Hopeless can you direct me to someone to help me. Thank You

Your best solution is to hire a new attorney. If that is not possible, then I suggest you let the PD supervisor know that you would like to review the discovery with your attorney. As far as your own copy, that is not only not a good idea due to lack of privacy in the jail, but some jails don't even allow it.
