Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A Fitting Punishment???
If a guy blows cigarette smoke in your face once, and you ask him please don't do that, and he blows smoke in your face twice, and you then warn him if he does it again you will slap him, and he blows cigarette smoke in your face a third time, for which you slap him, is this a fitting punishment? Thank You!
