FL Pull Over Lic Plate obstruction/ search/ under 20 grams

I was pulled over for the toyota dealer frame and

susequently searched and found with tiny bit of pot and

pipe.The frame covers half the word sunshine state and

Nothing else! They were plain fishin! Thousands have the

plate frame on their car from the local Toyota dealer.

Should I file a motion to supress , if so , what is the least

costly way? Anyone know of a simalar case?

You cannot file a Motion to Suppress on your own, unless the judge determines you are capable of representing yourself. The best way to do this is to hire a lawyer. For me to represent you in Delray would be very reasonable. Call me if you are interested.
