Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In Florida, if adjucation is withheld on sexual battery in juvenile court and was sentenced to probation and to register as a sexual predator,would that be an illegal sentencing and not be required to register.

No, there is nothing illegal about compelling a juvenile to register as a swex offender
