Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Florida Sex Offense Pardon / Expunge / etc...

In 1990 I was charged with Lewd and Lascivious. The girl was my high school sweetheart - we were both teenagers! The girls mother, upon learning I was getting a $30,000.00 inheritance when I graduate high school, forced us to get an abortion and pressed charges on me just so she could sue me. Even the judge acknowledged this fact, saying he could see right through it all, and said he wished he could drop the charges but the age difference was there and the law is the law so he gave me the minimum 5yrs probation. My sentence terminated prior to sex offender registration requirements, so I'm not a registered sex offender, but I do have problems with the charge on my record. I'm wondering what are the possibilities of having this charge expunged or getting a pardon... there are some facts that were never revealed in court because I decided not to take it to trial to protect my girlfriend ...the girl was involved in a sex case before her and I started dating and I believe this experience is what prompted her interest in me. A girls lack of chastity is not a defense in Florida, but what about my chastity??? She was far more sexually advanced than me - she taught me things I never heard of!!! And she's my best friend today!!!!
