Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

a friend was leaving a know and investigating drug dealer but wasnt pulled over until out of the site of the house was talked to then after asked revealed his personal and was read rights but told he would not have to call home from jail that night but not to be ever at that house agian asked if he could go back down there but decided different was given a ticket for no registration or lights fingerprinted given a date for court. legally what can they do about this in the future can they bring the drugs back up agian and arrest him later , use this situation to try and make him do a controled but give me your opinion please

This is not an easy question to answer on this forum. They can do a lot of things but it also depends on a lot of SPECIFIC things that happened before, during, and afte the stop. Your friend needs to talk to an attorney right away. If for no other reason than the no registration charge is still criminal and punishable by up to 60 days jail.
