Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I had ga license and got DUI in 2009, did everything asked and reinstated. Now have fl license and got DUI this past weekend in ga, will this count as 2nd DUI in 5 years still? Also I refused test, will fl suspend my license for refusing out of state test?

Your new arrest will be governed by the laws in Georgia. So you will need to ask a GA attorney about the 2nd in 5 question (each state has different levels for DUI so they may not even have 2nd in 5) As to the later part the Florida DMV will have the ability to suspend the license for the refusal.
