How do I handle this situation:
This guy, who owns a car lot, forged my name on a title loan and used it to put a lein on my car title and then used that lein to reposess my car.
He did this because I refused to be more than friends with him.

You call the police since he committed at least one if not several felonies. Additionally, you could sue him for any losses you have. Don't let this "friend" take advantage of you.
