With held judification

I was arrested in 1982 for possesion of cocaine with intent to sell, it is on my reord as a felony charge, but however the case is refered to as judification withheld. What exactly does this mean?

It means you are not a convicted felon. It means you can answer "NO" to the question whether you have ever been convicted of a felony. It means you are eligible to seal your record. Call my office if I cqan be of service.

It means that the Court did not adjudge you to be guilty, thereby witholding adjudication of guilt. As mentioned, it means you are eligible to seal your record. Once sealed you can lawfully deny that you were ever even arrested for the offense. If you are interested in sealing your criminal record please feel free to call me.
