My husband is incarcerated and has an open case in another county is it possible to request the case be heard while he is in jail and not wait until his release date/as he will be ordered to face the charge in other county///

Yes. You or his attorney can request to have him transported to the other county to face his other charges. A judge will sign a transport order and the sheriff will bring him to that particular county.
