My husband and i were married in May 2010. I suffer from seizures and Traumatic Brain Injury. he does also but i am diagnosed and he was up for SSI doctor exam before our troubles started. Both of us have been denied ADA considerations by the court. He has prior prision records, was last released aug 2009. They just convicted him on MM Assault and now faces MM Battery and Felony 3- false Imprisonment. I am afraid they will send him to prison on the fact he has less than 1 year from Release to arrest... ( i have no criminal experience)
