Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello, my husband is currently in the Osceola County Jail. We've already paid his bond for his charges. He has a hold in seminole county and that is the oly reason hes still there. My question is how long does it take to transport him to Seminole? And also is there a certain amount of time limit that Seminole has to come and pick him up???

They have 30 days from resolution of his case to come pick him up.
