Illegal Dumping
A friend recently was caught dumping on County property which he did not relieze was county property. He had to turn himself into the jail for the night and bonded out. Now we are awaiting his court date. What he dumped was stuff like installation and debree from a remodled home. He was told he is being charged with a third degree felony. What do you think the sentence will be? Just a fine and maybe some community service or do you think some time in jail is a maybe? Please tell me what you think. Thank you!

Depending on his record I would think probat6ion and the fees conntected to cleaning up or removing what was dumped.
