Juvenile Records
Are juvenile records automatically sealed or is it necessary to do an expungement or sealant? Charges were all ''No Info'd''.
Re: Juvenile Records
The records of DCF are erased when the person reaches 24 years old, or at least they are supposed to be. If any of the juvenile delinquency records have been transferred to the records of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (which they often are), they can be sealed just like adult records.
