Is there a lawyer who would read a case file and be willing to take it to the 11th District Court of Appeals where the defendant was denied all appeals. He have done over half his time without any incidence.

Assuming that it is within the time frame to file an appeal, you can hire an attorney to do an appeal. Appeals can be expensive though. If you can't afford an attorney, then you can ask the court to appoint an attorney to represent this person on appeal.
