is there a legal way in florida to use a minors psychological records in a criminal case if the minor is the plantiff or defendant . There is a court case in which a minor has accused my roommate of something that is most likely false. the minor has psychological issues which can help his case but my roommates lawyer has told him that he most likely can't use it.
