Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My license has been suspended since 2005 due to my second summary of suspension within a five year period. I was arrested for a dui which plead out for a reckless driving. Let me backtrack, my license was suspended for an automatic three years due to my second summary of suspension in five years. During my suspension period I was arrested two more times for driving while license suspended. This resulted in an additional six years of license suspension, which totals nine. In 2009 and 2010 I was arrested again for driving on a suspended. This is now a total of four times DWLS. I was now charged with a class 4 felony and sentenced to one year in state prison. By the way this is in Illinois. I was released after serving 85 days and my now new attorney getting me out on a motion to vacate the sentence. One DWLS was dropped so now I have 3 DWLS on my record with a class 4 felony. Jail time was from January to March of 2001. I am now contemplating moving to Florida. How realistic is it for me to get any type of driving privliges in Florida and what do I have to do if possble. My license is suspended until 2017. I have only one DUI on my record and that was in 1996

You won't be able to get a Florida license until all out of state matters are resolved.
