In Miami florida my son was sentenced to 5 years of probabtion. he has done 4 years and 6 months. He has violated b/c failed drug test and behind in restitution payments Does the 4years 6 months he has done out here count if he gets sent to jail for the remaining of the probation sentence of 5 years?
