After missing a court date while out on bail I had a capias writ for my arrest. What do I do? Do i have ability to bail once more?

Hire an attorney right away. We could file a motion to set the capias aside. Many times a judge will withdraw the warrant when a client gets a lawyer and voluntarily presents themself to the court. It shows that the person is taking the case seriously and not trying to hide.
