The arrest will permanently stay on your record unless the record is effectively sealed or expunged. I handle sealing & expunction of criminal records throughout Florida.

The first writer is correct. Unless you petition the court for a sealing or expungement of your arrest record, your misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia charge will stay on your record forever.
