i have a f.t.a in florida i was incarcerated and was not transported to court date.I live in oklahoma now how can i get it

The best way to remove a failure to appear is obviously to go to court. There may be a way to resolve the issue by contacting the clerk of the court in the county where the ticket was written. Get that information and contact a lawyer in the area working with traffic matters. Nearly all counties have a bar association that will provide a referral.
