Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I'm not saying I'm a pedophile or anything, I'm just wondering. What would be the maximum penalty for a 13 year old teenager in the state of Florida that got charged for sexting? By this I mean jail time, adult prison or juvy detention, sex offender registry. Please be specific. I would like to know because I've heard of lots of cases involving child pornography. Again, please be specific.

If you are looking for the maximum it would be some type of jail time. There is no mimimum mandatory, but a person with no previous criminal history, charged as an adult with sexting pornographic pictures of minors, would probably score somewhere between one year to eighteen months prison time. More likely, however, would be some sort of probationary penalty unless the defendant disperses the pictures to others. An attorney should be able to circument any requirment of sex offender registry.
