i have pending court for misdemeanors case in USA , it is possible to ask judge on the case or USA court to go back to Bosnia and take care of ill mother?

You should hire an attorney so that the attorney can go to court for you and they can explain how you can go take care of your mother. It may be able to be done by mail but you must talk to an attorney to see if it is possible.
