Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Perjury
My sister and her Dr. husband both filed individual domestic violence charges against me. All of the claims made are false. I have not even seen them since July 06. They did this because I am sueing them for money that they owe me.
I have spend $13K so far in attorney fees, and it is going to cost even more. How can I get the state of FL to follow-up on thier lies, false statemetns, and perjury?
